If you are struggling with a poor quality connection on a particular network we advise you manually search and select a different network. You will only be able to get an internet connection on the network we offer a service on.

Manually Selecting a Network

1. Open the Settings app on your Fairphone device.

2. Tap on Network & Internet.

3. Tap on Mobile network.

4. Tap on Advanced.

5. Tap on Operator selection.

6. Tap Manual instead of Automatic.

7. Wait for your Fairphone to scan for available networks.

8. Tap the network you want to use from the list of available networks.

9. Wait for your Fairphone to register with the selected network.
